RagoxCell
Built in Miami, Florida

We’ve been on the bench.
That’s why we built this.

RagoxCell exists because every repair-shop tool we ever used either felt like a generic CRM bent into shape, or like a spreadsheet wearing a UI. We wanted software that knew what a bench fee was, what an iPhone IMEI looks like, and why “is it ready?” calls eat half a day.

The first version of RagoxCell ran in a small repair shop in Miami in 2024. It started as a script to track customer phone numbers and repair statuses because the front desk was drowning in paper tickets and missed pickups. Within a month it was handling photo intake; within three, full invoicing and parts. Other shops saw it. They asked for access.

Today, RagoxCell is a real product — but it’s built the same way: by people who’ve been on the bench, who know what it feels like to lose a ticket because someone wrote the model number on the back of a receipt that ended up in the trash. Every feature ships because a real shop asked for it. Nothing ships to look good in a marketing slide.

We’re Florida-based, so the platform is Florida-tax-ready out of the box — services exempt, parts taxable, county-aware. If you’re running a shop outside Florida the rules adapt; the philosophy stays the same: less software pain, more time fixing things.

How we build

Real shop input

Every release goes to partner shops first. If a tech can't pick it up in fifteen minutes, the design isn't done.

Boring on purpose

We don't chase trends. The platform is light, fast, and predictable — your team learns it once and forgets we exist.

Florida-friendly

Bilingual support, FL tax math built-in, and a team in your timezone. Email Yunior — he answers personally.

Want to see what your shop looks like with a tighter system?

Fourteen days, no credit card. If it doesn’t click, walk away with the spreadsheets we’ll have helped you tidy up.
