Privacy Policy

Triexpert Services LLC ("RagoxCell") operates the RagoxCell platform. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it. For data that repair businesses (our customers) upload about their own end-customers, the business is the controller and RagoxCell acts as a processor on their behalf.

Account data (name, email, password hash, organization details); usage and device data (pages viewed, approximate location, browser type) collected via our own first-party analytics and self-hosted, cookieless Plausible Analytics; billing data processed by our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers); and Customer Data that businesses enter to operate their shop (their customers' contact details, devices and repair records).

To provide, secure and improve the Service; to process payments and send transactional emails (verification, password reset, receipts, service notices); to prevent fraud and abuse; to measure aggregate traffic and conversion using privacy-friendly first-party analytics; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Our analytics are privacy-friendly and cookieless: an in-product first-party signal plus Plausible Analytics, which we self-host on our own infrastructure. Neither sets cookies, tracks you across other websites, nor stores a persistent advertising identifier. We use only strictly-necessary cookies for authentication and security, so we do not show a cookie-consent banner. See our Cookie Policy.

We share data with service providers that help us run the Service (hosting, email/SMS delivery, payment processing) under contracts that restrict their use of it. We may disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights and safety. If we undergo a merger or acquisition, data may transfer as part of that transaction. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, except where longer retention is required by law (e.g., tax records).

We use encryption in transit, encryption of sensitive credentials at rest, access controls, audit logging and tenant isolation. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live (e.g., GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object or opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights contact support@ragoxcell.com. If our customer (a repair business) controls your data, we will refer your request to them.

We may process data in the United States. The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 where applicable) and we do not knowingly collect their data.
