Refund Policy

RagoxCell offers a free trial so you can evaluate the Service before paying. You will not be charged during the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends to avoid charges.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or annually). Because you can evaluate the Service during the free trial, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period and then stops renewing.

We may, at our discretion, issue a refund for duplicate charges, proven billing errors, or where required by applicable consumer-protection law. Requests must be made within 30 days of the charge by emailing support@ragoxcell.com with your account details.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at support@ragoxcell.com so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
