Per-tenant isolation
Every shop's data lives behind a strict tenant boundary enforced in the data layer. Automated isolation tests run on every release to prove one shop can never read or write another's records.
Encryption
Sensitive credentials — payment gateway keys, shipping and integration tokens — are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. They are never returned to the browser or shown in plain text after you save them.
Role-based access (RBAC)
Owners, admins, reception and technicians each see only what their role allows. Disable a staff member instantly while preserving their history.
Two-factor authentication
Optional TOTP-based 2FA with backup codes for every user, on top of strong password requirements and email verification.
Audit log
Sensitive changes are recorded with who, what and when — and are exportable. You always know what happened in your shop.
Automated backups
Your database is backed up automatically every day with retention, so your data is recoverable.
You control the money
Connect your own Stripe, PayPal or Helcim account. Payments go straight to you — RagoxCell never holds or touches your funds, and per-tenant payment webhooks are signature-verified.
