Respect for copyright
RagoxCell respects intellectual-property rights and expects users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws, and we may remove content and terminate repeat infringers.
We are a hosting provider
RagoxCell is a neutral platform. Content (such as device photos and documents) is uploaded by our customers (repair businesses), not by us. We do not pre-screen content and act as a service provider eligible for safe-harbor protections.
Filing a notice
A valid notice must include: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) identification of the infringing material and enough detail for us to locate it; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

Counter-notice & repeat infringers
If your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with the same level of detail. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
