Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses the RagoxCell platform. Violations may result in suspension or termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

• Upload, store or transmit content that infringes any copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual-property or privacy right.
• Upload pirated software, cracked firmware, copyrighted media, manuals or schematics you are not licensed to distribute, or tools whose primary purpose is to circumvent technological protection measures.
• Upload malware, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or that promotes violence.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages, or to violate telemarketing, anti-spam or electronic-communications laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, TCPA).
• Attempt to breach security, access other tenants' data, probe or scan the infrastructure, or disrupt or overload the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service, or remove proprietary notices.
• Misrepresent your identity or use the Service for fraudulent or illegal activity.

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, including device photos, documents and customer records. Do not upload third-party copyrighted material (such as service manuals, schematics, e-books or media) unless you own the rights or have permission. RagoxCell does not pre-screen content but may remove content and disable accounts that violate this AUP.

Report violations or copyright concerns to support@ragoxcell.com or via our DMCA page. We may investigate, remove content, suspend access and cooperate with authorities. We reserve the right to enforce this AUP at our discretion.
