The bell in your dashboard keeps your team on top of what needs attention.

The bell in the top bar (and sidebar) shows real-time, in-app notifications for your team — so nothing slips through the cracks.

What triggers a notification

  • Order assigned — the technician you assign an order to is notified.
  • Customer message — when a customer replies in the portal chat, owners, admins and the assigned technician are notified.
  • Quote decision — when a customer approves or rejects a quote.
  • Payment received — when an online payment is confirmed.
  • New online order — when a repair comes in through the API.

Reading notifications

  • A red badge shows your unread count.
  • Click the bell to open the list; click a notification to jump straight to the order.
  • Use Mark all read to clear the list.

Notifications are private to each user and to your shop.
