Offer mail-in repairs with shipping labels
Connect Shippo to print USPS, UPS and FedEx labels and accept devices by mail.
RagoxCell connects to Shippo, a multi-carrier shipping platform, so you can buy and print USPS, UPS and FedEx labels right from a repair order — and offer mail-in repairs to customers who can't visit the shop.
Connect your Shippo account
- Create a free account at shippo.com and copy your API token (test or live).
- In RagoxCell go to Settings → Shipping (Shippo).
- Paste the token, choose the mode, and fill your ship-from address (this is where return labels originate). Your token is encrypted and never shown again.
- Save. The status pill turns to connected.
Buy and print a label
- Open a repair order and go to the Shipping tab.
- Enter the destination address and the parcel weight and dimensions.
- Click Get rates to see live prices from each carrier and service.
- Click Buy on the rate you want. The label is purchased and a tracking number is recorded; click Label to open the PDF and print it.
Inbound vs. outbound
- Inbound — a prepaid label you send the customer so they can mail the device to you. Great for mail-in repairs.
- Outbound — a label to ship the finished device back to the customer.
Mail-in repairs
Combine shipping with online repair requests: a customer starts a repair from your website, you generate an inbound label, and the order flows into your normal pipeline.
